Honeypot Marketing Named as Internet Marketing Consultant to Revitalized Limited

Toronto, Ontario, Canada – Honeypot Marketing was retained by Revitalized Limited this month to provide high-level strategic internet marketing services for their popular SportsBetting.com brand.

Revitalized Limited, which owns and operates several high profile online entertainment properties, looks to leverage Honeypot Marketing’s long history of success in the entertainment industry to increase their brand exposure and market share.

“It is always an exciting challenge to start with a strong, successful internet property and form a strategy that aims to bring that success to a whole new level,” said Dan Nedelko, Director of Internet Marketing for Honeypot North America.  “When we create a strategy for a company that has the marketing power and prowess that Revitalized Limited has, it gives us a lot of latitude to be exceptionally creative in our approach and push the boundaries of what is possible on the internet.  As a marketing strategist, these are often the most challenging and enjoyable projects to be a part of.”

Revitalized Limited cites the increasing competition for customer acquisition and retention in the online entertainment vertical as the primary reason for seeking the services of outside internet marketing specialists.

Honeypot Marketing will provide high-level internet marketing services including advanced SEO, Social Media, and paid advertising campaigns to the popular entertainment company.  Revitalized Limited, who has a complete in-house internet marketing team at their disposal, is confident the fresh ideas and experience found at Honeypot Marketing will provide the innovative strategies necessary to stand out above the competition heading into 2010 and beyond.

Coco Models have been friends of our for quite some time and we look forward to their fantastic event. From their press release:

December 14, 2009 — TORONTO, CANADA – December 9th, 2009 – Coco Model Management, a Toronto-based professional modeling agency, has officially announced they will be supplying 10 runway models for the upcoming Anokhi celebrity fashion designer showcase.

The 4th annual Anokhi Awards Gala and Entertainment Show celebrates and features the talent of the global South Asian community by awarding honors to preeminent contributors to the South Asian cultural and entertainment movements. One of the headlining events will be the Celebrity Fashion Designer Showcase, which will feature runway models from the cutting-edge Coco Modeling Agency.

Coco Model Management proudly focuses on the representation of models with a fresh look, departing from the mainstream image of the models of the past. This modern movement in modeling challenges the idea that fashion models must be extremely skinny, tall, and fit a certain ethnic profile.

The Anokhi Gala, to be held February 5th, 2010, will feature an award ceremony celebrating achievements in the progress of South Asian culture and style, multiple musical performances, and the runway fashion show, which will be headlined by Coco Models.

Our Reputation Management Case Study and Project for our fantastic client Coco Model Management has been updated on our CEO’s blog. Here’s a brief update from Dan Nedelko:

Coco Model Management is a model management and talent agency located in the heart of the Yorkville district in Toronto. Although they are a small shop, they have an excellent track record or client work, testimonials and event work, the fashion industry can be somewhat devious at times resulting in some unverified negative postings on various forums and other online review sites.

Before we ever take any client on board in the world of Reputation Management we actually investigate the validity of the complaints. Is this something we can address directly? Is there a valid complaint?

After pouring over client records in an attempt to match up the client with the complaint, attempting to contact the poster of the comments and the webmasters of these sites – all without luck, we decided that this is fact a case of a competitor posting unsubstantiated rumors and negative publicity.

The internet can be a wild place with unverified posts affecting a good company in search listings and on other social media websites. If you are not keeping your online reputation up to date you can easily become victim to less than honest competition. Your potential customer will likely search for your brand in the end stages of making any type of purchasing decision.

How do you protect your online reputation and branded search results from this type of activity? Well here are the steps we took with Coco Models:
