Es completamente comprensible e incre\u00edble que McDonald&#039;s no lo haya considerado antes de lanzarse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">McDonald&#039;s y Heineken deber\u00edan haber dejado de lado esos temas tan delicados en sus anuncios. Afortunadamente para estas marcas, no recibieron tantas cr\u00edticas como nuestro \u00faltimo ejemplo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El feo<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuve que guardar un anuncio espec\u00edfico para \u201cThe Ugly\u201d porque no recuerdo un anuncio que haya causado tanto revuelo en las redes sociales. Obviamente estoy hablando de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=AfCiV6ysngU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anuncio de Pepsi\u00a0<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con Kendall Jenner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6227 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/honeypotmarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PepsiAd.png\" alt=\"Kendall Jenner le entrega una Pepsi a un polic\u00eda en un anuncio mal escrito.\" width=\"560\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pepsi cometi\u00f3 el terrible error de publicar este anuncio en la parte superior de la p\u00e1gina de inicio de YouTube para que lo viera todo Internet. Estos son los pasos que Pepsi (que lanz\u00f3 <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/time.com\/5133674\/lady-doritos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se\u00f1ora Doritos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (despu\u00e9s de aparentemente no aprender la lecci\u00f3n la primera vez) debe tomar medidas para evitar enojar nuevamente a millones de clientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primero comprenda el movimiento. <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No aborde (ni siquiera intente abordar) algo de lo que sabe poco. Si nadie en los equipos de marketing de estas empresas ten\u00eda experiencia de primera mano con uno de estos temas, entonces deber\u00edan haber contratado a alguien que s\u00ed la tuviera. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si McDonald&#039;s hubiera contratado a una viuda o si Heineken hubiera contratado a un representante de Black Lives Matter para que revisara estos anuncios antes de lanzarlos, entonces no los habr\u00edan lanzado. No se les ocurri\u00f3 preguntar a nadie si era ofensivo y se jugaron el todo por el todo. Perdieron.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probar todo<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque no consultaran a las personas que retrataban, habr\u00eda sido prudente probar primero el anuncio a peque\u00f1a escala en lugar de publicarlo en la p\u00e1gina de inicio de YouTube, como hizo Pepsi. El da\u00f1o se habr\u00eda mitigado considerablemente si lo hubieran probado primero.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lanzamiento completo<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solo despu\u00e9s de consultar a las personas que retrataron y luego probarlos, debieron haber lanzado estos anuncios por completo.
