Ils ont r\u00e9ellement fait la diff\u00e9rence en sensibilisant et en collectant des fonds, ce qui est en soi un puissant outil de marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">#2. Ils ont compris le mouvement (et le groupe d\u00e9mographique qu&#039;ils repr\u00e9sentaient), rendant le message pertinent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces deux choses sont ce qui distingue \u00ab The Good \u00bb des autres\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le mauvais<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passons maintenant aux choses amusantes. Voici quelques publicit\u00e9s qui n&#039;auraient pas d\u00fb \u00eatre diffus\u00e9es. Bien que \u00ab The Bad \u00bb n&#039;aborde pas n\u00e9cessairement les probl\u00e8mes sociaux directement, ces marques ont certainement un peu trop fr\u00f4l\u00e9 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 avec ces publicit\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6224 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/honeypotmarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Heineken-Ad.png\" alt=\"bad heineken commercial with light beer stating that sometimes lighter is better\" width=\"560\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&#039;est la premi\u00e8re publicit\u00e9 de Heineken qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e (et rapidement retir\u00e9e) plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e. Je ne sais pas comment <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2018\/03\/28\/business\/media\/heineken-racist-ad.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Heineken n&#039;a pas vu \u00e7a\u00a0<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comme raciste, mais beaucoup de gens le font savoir tr\u00e8s rapidement. Il est tout \u00e0 fait compr\u00e9hensible et incroyable que McDonald&#039;s n&#039;ait pas envisag\u00e9 cette possibilit\u00e9 avant de se lancer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">McDonald&#039;s et Heineken auraient tout simplement d\u00fb exclure ces sujets sensibles de leurs publicit\u00e9s. Heureusement pour ces marques, elles n&#039;ont pas re\u00e7u autant de critiques que notre dernier exemple.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le laid<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J&#039;ai d\u00fb garder une publicit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique pour \u00ab The Ugly \u00bb parce que je ne me souviens pas d&#039;une publicit\u00e9 qui ait provoqu\u00e9 un tel d\u00e9sordre sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Je parle \u00e9videmment de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=AfCiV6ysngU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Publicit\u00e9 Pepsi\u00a0<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">avec Kendall Jenner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6227 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/honeypotmarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PepsiAd.png\" alt=\"kendall jenner handing pepsi to police officer in poorly written pepsi ad\" width=\"560\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pepsi a commis l&#039;erreur terrible de publier cette publicit\u00e9 en haut de la page d&#039;accueil de YouTube, afin que tout le monde puisse la voir sur Internet. Voyons comment aborder correctement un probl\u00e8me social. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment exploiter la puissance des mouvements<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien que cela puisse sembler du bon sens, je vais approfondir ce probl\u00e8me pour le rendre infaillible (je l&#039;esp\u00e8re). Voici les \u00e9tapes que Pepsi (qui a sorti <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/time.com\/5133674\/lady-doritos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dame Doritos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> apr\u00e8s n&#039;avoir apparemment pas retenu la le\u00e7on la premi\u00e8re fois) doit prendre des mesures pour \u00e9viter de mettre \u00e0 nouveau en col\u00e8re des millions de clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprendre d\u2019abord le mouvement. <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N&#039;abordez pas (ou ne vous approchez m\u00eame pas) un sujet que vous ne connaissez pas bien. Si aucun membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe marketing de ces entreprises n&#039;avait d&#039;exp\u00e9rience directe avec l&#039;un de ces probl\u00e8mes, elles auraient d\u00fb embaucher quelqu&#039;un qui en avait une. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si McDonald&#039;s avait embauch\u00e9 une veuve ou si Heineken avait fait appel \u00e0 un repr\u00e9sentant de Black Lives Matter pour examiner ces publicit\u00e9s avant de les lancer, ils n&#039;auraient pas lanc\u00e9 leur entreprise. Ils n&#039;ont pas pens\u00e9 \u00e0 demander \u00e0 qui que ce soit si c&#039;\u00e9tait offensant et ont pris les risques. Ils ont perdu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Testez tout<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eame s&#039;ils n&#039;avaient pas consult\u00e9 les personnes repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 judicieux de tester la publicit\u00e9 \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle au pr\u00e9alable plut\u00f4t que de la publier sur la page d&#039;accueil de YouTube, comme l&#039;a fait Pepsi. Les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement att\u00e9nu\u00e9s s&#039;ils l&#039;avaient test\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lancement complet<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce n&#039;est qu&#039;apr\u00e8s avoir consult\u00e9 les personnes qu&#039;ils ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, puis les avoir test\u00e9es, qu&#039;ils ont d\u00fb lancer ces publicit\u00e9s. Esp\u00e9rons que ces entreprises ont retenu la le\u00e7on.
